High PR no follow blogs might not have link juice but you can get direct traffics as long as it is related.
Low PR do follow are easy to find like those using wordpress comment luv plugin and do follow image of the blogspot. But these usually not relevant.
High PR do follow are found if you follow those commenter that uses boot. It is mostly spammy commenting but you only need to find new pages so you will have clean comment.
Ugg Boot is one of the site that use auto commenting. They use spam technique and they can leave comments to many open or auto approve blog sites. Steffany Jewelries as well as Nike Shoes keywords are also using technology so that they can leave high PR comment with auto approve.
