Creating a link tyre is a very effective SEO strategy that can be used by anyone to improve the search positions of their sites. Essentially, a link wheel harnesses the power of highly rated Web 2.0 web sites to build targeted backlinks back to your sites. This works because certain Web 2.0 attributes like Hubpages, Squidoo, WordPress, and others permit you to publish your own content material on these sites And allow you to add your own backlinks to this content as well. Search engines love these sites and often times your posted content can easily rank very well on their own. Getting links to your own site from 5-10 of these types of sites is quite powerful, and forms the basis of the link wheel strategy.
Here is the classic Link Wheel diagram:
Website link Wheel Classic
On this Link wheel circumstance, every Web 2.2 property links to your main site in the centre, as well as to one some other Web 2.0 website in the wheel to create a closed loop. In this way, link juice will be passed to equally your main site and each and every web 2.0 house enhancing the power of every. I’m personally not too partial to this link steering wheel configuration because It leaves an obvious footprint.
Instead, I like to bring in some randomness to my own link wheels like this:
Link Wheel Haphazard
This makes the footprint a little more non-obvious, while still being quite effective. The more properties you can include to your link steering wheel, the more creative you will be with your linking framework.
What About Content?
To obtain the most power from this link wheel method, you want to post posts on these web 2.0 sites which relate to your main web site. So if you are promoting Market Samurai for example, you would want to post Market Samurai or keyword research related content articles. It’s pretty time consuming to write unique articles to post on all these sites, thus usually what I do is post spun articles. You spin and rewrite your own articles using an article spinner like The Best Rewriter. Or if you are very lazy like myself, you could use a service such as the Leading Articles which will give you a daily spun article to use. All you need is one spun seedling article from which you are able to post each special variation to each web site in your link tyre.
Enhancing Your Link Tires
Most Web 2.2 properties also include their own RSS feeds. Make sure to evaluate which they are and then distribute these feeds in order to RSS aggregators like Feedage, Feedagg, and Zimbio. This will help get your content on the Web 2.0 attributes indexed faster, and improve their linking power also. Another thing to try would be to incorporate article directories for your link wheel also. EzineArticles, GoArticles and ArticlesBase are a few of my favorite article directories to utilize. Finally, take advantage of bookmarking sites to bookmark your Web 2.0 attributes. You can use a site just like Social Marker or a bookmarking tool such as Bookmarking Demon that automates the social bookmarking process for you.
Automating Your own Link Wheels
When starting out, I encourage you to create your hyperlink wheels by hand at first to verify that it feels like a fit. However this is not very scalable and when you have many sites you would like to improve your rankings with regard to, you should invest in a more automated solution. My personal favorite programs to create hyperlink wheels right now are SENuke and Magic Submitter. Each these programs automate the process of creating company accounts, verifying emails, and submitting your content. They also have their particular database of Web 2.0 sites so that you don’t have to look around and locate these sites yourself. Each programs are very powerful, and well worth the investment.
I think you'll can see that making link wheels is an extremely powerful technique for increasing your sites rankings. Try it out for yourself and let me know how they work for you

7. As much as possible you leave the RSS in the sidebar of any target 3rd blog or sites for link wheel.
