Keywords density checker that i found can give at least 3 categories.
1 word, 2 words or phrase and 3 words or phrases.
When i checked with webconfs the result is almost the same.
I also look in alexa and tried to search engine and it is pretty good. It is nice source of site performance based on keywords. So if you are interested, here is the URL
